I was tagged by my friend Teeni over at the Vaguetarian Tea Room for a meme just yesterday; and talk about a fast turn around, don’t hate- when you’re good, you’re good :)

The object is to complete each of the following snippets. I have included the blank ones at the end of this post so they can easily be copied and pasted.


I am: 38 years old
I think: People need to mind their own business more often.
I know: I love my husband with all of my heart.
I have: so many blessings to be thankful for.
I wish: I felt safe; this country/world is in a really bad state.
I hate: fighting.
I miss: my dad.
I fear: for the safety of my children.
I hear: typing.
I smell: hot coffee.
I crave: chocolate chip cookie dough.
I search: yahoo when I have a question that I don’t know the answer to; I do this a lot.
I wonder: why there is so much hate in this world.
I regret: not being a very good person when I was a teenager.
I love:feeling peaceful and content – and happy and whole- when it happens, I run with it!
I ache: as I’m getting older, I have to get into shape!
I am not: relaxed all the time, sometimes I take others too seriously.
I believe: we are all lucky to be alive.
I dance: when I hear a catchy tune.  I dance a lot.
I sing: in the car at the top of my lungs.
I cry: when my depression sets in bad, and I don’t want to be around anymore and I don’t understand why I feel this way.
I fight: to protect my kids.
I win: at being the fastest one to complete this meme?  Shoooooooooooot!
I lose: at feeling loved all of the time, and I need to feel loved and needed.
I never: thought you could actually make a real friend on the internet.
I always: call my husband on my way home from work to tell him I love him and visa versa.
I confuse: severe weather warnings and severe weather watches.  Which one means what?
I listen: now more than ever.
I can usually be found: working or sleeping.
I am scared: when I’m depressed and anxious.
I need:my husband to wrap his arms around me and kiss me like he did when we were dating.
I am happy about:all the love I have in my life.
I imagine: that one day I’ll be surrounded by loads of grandchildren.

    Loved the meme – will be using it at Snarkypants soon!

    BTW – Storm WATCH means conditions are right for a storm (or tornado or whatever) so be mindful.

    Storm WARNING means one has happened and others are heading that way so TAKE COVER. :) I was scared of storms when I was a kid and learned the two real fast. I would hide in the bathroom during storms. My dog does that now. We always know one is coming when the dog goes in the bathroom and the cat goes under the sofa. That’s all the weather predicting I need!

    have you ever had a DQ cookie dough blizzard?
    yummm!
    Oh, and i am soo stealing this.

    No, I never had the cookie dough blizzard. I’ll have to try that out the next time the fam takes a trip to the DQ. Please, steal away! I do look forward to your answers. I thought this one was a little hard to fill out, for me anyway, for some reason?

    Wow – it’s always such a neat feeling to get to somebody’s blog to make a comment and see that people have been talking nice about me behind my back. It always just makes my heart surge so full! Thanks you two!

    And yes, JQ – you most certainly win at being the fastest to complete this meme! I couldn’t believe it when I saw the incoming link at my place already. You’re gonna make me look bad because I took way longer than you to get it done. ;) But I loved your answers and I love YOU too! You’d have to do something really horrible to get me to stop so I guess you’ll just have to find a way to deal with it because I don’t think you’ll be shaking me anytime soon. :)

    LOL, you crack me up! Well, thing is, I’m at work and I have loads of time on my hands. My job is kinda hard to describe to people. I want to share that with everyone someday. We’ll have to agree to never shake one another -k? right! right!
